Kate began her career in education in 2014, spending over a decade as a classroom teacher, expedition leader, and instructional coach before finding her true calling on the yoga mat. After 10 years of personal practice, she earned her Yoga Alliance certification and now brings yoga to life through corporate sessions, pop-up classes, and
custom in-home events. She specializes in creating customizable experiences—whether it’s a joyful bachelorette flow, a grounding wedding day session for partners, or a wellness break for your team—always delivered right to your space.
